Dry Hire: ELM & Co. operates as a dry hire service in line with the current laws of MN. This means you purchase and supply all beer, wine, and spirits, and we’ll take care of everything else - mixers, garnishes, syrups and ice. We’ll even help coordinate pick up and delivery.
Liability & Insurance: We carry full general and liquor liability insurance for your piece of mind. We can provide a certificate of insurance (COI) if your venue requests it.
Water & Non-Alcoholic Options: We’re happy to provide still and sparking water, as well as simple non-alcoholic options upon request.
TIPS Certified: All bartenders are TIPS Certified, for responsible alcohol service.
