Frequently asked questions.

What types of events do you service?

We love being a part of all sorts of celebrations! From weddings, engagements, and anniversaries to birthdays, bridal/baby showers, graduations, corporate events, and private gatherings, we do it all. We even love doing kids' parties with fun options like root beer kegs or "kiddie cocktails". If you have an idea, let's chat about it!

How far in advance should I book for my event?

The earlier, the better! All bookings are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure your date, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit and a signed agreement. Once you're booked, your date is locked in, and we'll turn down any future business for that specific day.

The final balance is due 2 weeks prior to the event date. For cancellations and refunds, please refer to the following guidelines:

  • More than 14 days before the event: any payments made beyond the initial 50% non-refundable deposit will be refunded.

  • Within two weeks of the event date, the full service fee remains due and payable.

What about gratuity?

Gratuity is neither expected nor included in our pricing but is always appreciated! Standard tip jars are used at each event or if you prefer a percentage can be added to your invoice.

Do you provide the alcohol?

No, we do not provide or sell alcohol. As a dry-hire mobile bartending service, Minnesota liquor laws require that the alcohol be purchased directly by you, the client. The good news is, this model can actually save you money by avoiding typical markups! Don't worry, we're here to help. Once your menu is finalized, we'll assist with alcohol calculations based on your guest count and event duration. We can even help place the order through our preferred liquor stores and coordinate the pickup and delivery of your beverages on the day of your event – all you'll do is pay the supplier directly.

Do you only serve alcohol?

No way! We offer a wide variety of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. In addition to cocktails, wine, and beer, we can serve mocktails, lemonade, iced tea, cold brew coffee, kombucha, root beer, sparkling water, and more. We're dedicated to creating a unique experience, so if you're looking for something specific, let's talk details!

Are you licensed and insured?

Absolutely! We are fully insured with both General Liability and Liquor Liability insurance for your peace of mind. While we don't hold a liquor license (as we are a dry-hire service), all our bartenders are TIPS certified and undergo a thorough training process. We pride ourselves on having a professional, fully prepared staff, as we never utilize temporary workers.

How far do you travel?

We love a good road trip! Travel to and from your event within 25 miles of Lakeville (55044) is included in all our packages. For distances beyond that, a mileage fee of $2 per mile will apply. Please don't hesitate to inquire, as we're always happy to travel to your special event!

What do I need to supply for the bar service?

Since we are a dry-hire service, your main responsibility is to supply all the alcohol. However, we'll guide you through estimating your needs and can provide recommendations on where to shop. Additionally, you'll supply any custom decor you wish to add to the bar, and of course, your friends & family to enjoy the celebration!
